Fruit Nut Smoothie

Prep time: 5 minutes

Serves: 2

As the weather gets warmer, you'll probably find yourself craving cooler foods and beverages. Try a smoothie when you get the craving for something cold and creamy!

Ingredients:

1 banana

1 cup soy or rice milk

1 cup berries

1 cup diced melon

1/2 cup almonds

2-4 ice cubes 

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in blender for 1-2 minutes and serve.
