Food Focus: Baby Bok Choy
Bok Choy has long been my favorite green leafy vegetables, and when I introduce my clients to this wonderful vegetable they love it too. What's even better than bok choy is baby bok choy. It's not available much of the year, so when I saw it at the famers' market this week I just had buy some.
Tender baby vegetables are one of the pleasures of spring. Baby bok choy tastes like regular bok choy but it is more tender and milder in flavor.
