"Finally, How to Get Healthy Meals on the Table, In No Time"
In this program you will get:


Prep time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 45 minutes
This recipe is a quick, delicious breakfast solution. You can use any grain you’d like and vary the recipe by using different nuts, seeds, fresh fruit, and dried fruit. You easily bring this in a Tupperware to work instead of buying a bagel or muffin.
Ingredients:
1 cup brown rice
milk, rice milk, or soy milk
sunflower seeds or walnuts
handful of raisins, cut up dates or fruit of choice
Cooking Instructions:
1. Wash and cook brown rice. You can do this at night while you are eating dinner or watching TV, and when you're done put the rice in the refrigerator. (You can skip this step and simply use leftover rice from dinner.)
2. In the morning, take a cup of the cooked rice and add milk, rice milk, or soy milk. You can use as much or as little as you'd like or leave it out.
3. Reheat the rice on the stove or the microwave for 1-2 minutes.
4. Add in nuts, seeds, raisins, and/or fresh or dried fruit of choice
