My simple and gentle cleansing program may be just what you need to kickstart some changes in your body (and your thinking). During this group program, I’ll take you step-by-step through an effective and gentle cleanse.   You will also get one-on-one coaching within the group, so you can address any barriers in your way and questions you have.

Please note, the cleanses I will lead you through in this program are NOT about juicing, fasting, or taking lots of supplements. That type of program has never appealed to me, and I've developed a program that is both effective and more gentle.

What is a cleanse? Some people also call it a detox, but that sounds harsh to me. A cleanse is a time when you intentionally alter your diet for a set period time.  The purpose is to improve your health and how you feel physically, while clearing toxins from your body.

               I created this cleansing program for several reasons.

1) After delivering several workshops on cleansing, I found that people needed and wanted more support and guidance than what I was able to offer in a 60-minute workshop.

2) People attending my cleansing workshops usually left feeling motivated and excited about the idea of completing a cleanse. But once they left the workshop, life got in the way and cleansing became something they'd do "next week" or "next month." 

2) Even though I believe in simple and gentle cleanses, cleansing can be tough to do on your own. The group environment is designed to give you the support you need as you go through the process.

3) Having gone through several cleanses, I often found that I had questions along the way and wished I had a coach I could go to for direction.

4)  I want you to learn from the mistakes I have made during the cleanses I have done in the past.  I also want to share systems I have developed to simplify the process. Why should you reinvent the wheel?

5) Cleansing is a very effective way to create long-term changes, but most people don't know how to effectively use a cleanse to creating lasting changes.

  • Weekly Coaching Calls with Me (held Thursdays at 7pm EST).

    Every week for 3 weeks, you'll meet with me and other amazing people looking to get healthier. Via phone, we’ll spend 60-75 minutes per week going step-by-step through exactly what you need to know for the cleanse. The program is structured in 3 phases. Each phase of the program will last one week. Each of the 3 calls will prepare you ahead of time for one of the phases. 

       

During the calls, I will give you assignments, review your progress, keep you moving forward, and we'll adjust your plans, if necessary. I'll coach and guide you to take the steps you need to succeed. You can also ask me questions and get personalized advice.  

  • Unlimited email support from me during the program

When you’re stuck on an issue, it’s easy to give up or lose momentum. But not when you can have access to me as often as you like to get moving forward, get answers to your questions, or get feedback. In my opinion, immediate support is not only priceless; it can make or break certain situations. You can email me anytime with a quick question, and I’ll send you answers—usually within one business day, and many times much sooner than that.

  • Your own personal Cleansing Success Buddy.

    You will be assigned a cleansing success buddy to connect with once a week, a peer of yours from the group, to keep you moving forward and giving each other support.
  • Access to your peers through an Online Forum.

    In addition to your weekly Group Coaching calls and your weekly contact with your Cleansing Success Buddy, you’ll have access to all the other peers in your group via a collaborative online forum. Using your group of peers, you’ll get even more feedback, accountability, brainstorming and resources. Trust me, there's nothing like a group of peers to keep you accountable and create results! Most of all, you’ll find the camaraderie and encouragement very rewarding.
  • Worksheets, Checklists & Educational Materials

    Prior to and following each group coaching call, you will receive all the materials you need to be successful and to simplify the process. Using these materials, you will quickly and easily be able to prepare for each phase of the cleanse.
  • Recipes

You will receive quick, easy, and delicious recipes that are appropriate for the  cleanse.  The recipes will make it easy for you to prepare healthy food at home and save time. If you don’t like following recipes, no worries!  You will receive suggestions on how to cook foods a variety of ways without a single recipe.

 

  • Weekly Progress Reports to keep you on track.

    You’ll be given a Weekly Progress Form to fill out and send to me the day before each and every coaching call. You can save this in your files and fill in the answers throughout the week or the day before our call to help you track your progress, and improve the efficiency of our time together. The more information you give me on this form, the more I will be able to help you. It works.
  • Recordings of each and every call.

    If, for whatever reason, you aren’t able to make a particular coaching call, no worries, you'll be able to listen to the recording of it on the website as many times as you like. Each of the 3 calls will be posted on the website within 24-hours. This way, you will never miss any information, but it also give you access to the material as often as you like.
  • My own personal Ideas and Brainstorms for you.

    While I strongly believe in the power of groups, I also recognize that you are unique and that personalized support and ideas are crucial. Together on the calls, we’ll brainstorm and come up with ideas that will help you overcome challenges or barriers and keep you moving forward. Sometimes, having someone (knowledgeable) to bounce ideas off of and kick an idea around with is just what you need!
